ArmaLite does not traditionally sell firearms at retail. Rather, we sell through a network of distributors and dealers who can provide you, the retail customer, with personalized information and support. We do sell parts and accessories to retail customers, both via our website and telephonically. However, we are primarily a firearms producer; so some parts may not be available for retail sale at all times.

Price Protection Policy
If an item you have purchased through our website goes on sale for a lower price within 14 days of your purchase, ArmaLite will refund the difference in the form of a credit to your account. To claim a Price Protection Policy adjustment, please contact ArmaLite with the original order number. Clearance merchandise and conditional “Special Offers” do not qualify for Price Protection Policy adjustments.

The ArmaLite website will only process orders for residents of the continental United States (Hawaii and Alaska included). Any other orders will be cancelled.
Website order payments must be by Visa, Mastercard or Discover. When you place an electronic order through our website, a 72 hour hold will immediately be put on funds sufficient to cover the order. Those funds will not be available to you. However, your credit card will not actually be billed until we ship your order. If your credit card does not contain sufficient funds at the time you place an order, your order will be automatically declined by the website host. In those cases, ArmaLite will not even know that you have attempted to place an order. All other orders from retail customers may be paid by the above listed credit cards, or by COD certified funds, pre paid via personal check, bank check, or money order. ArmaLite reserves the right to hold shipment until personal checks clear. Credit card orders will not be billed until the items are shipped. Illinois residents are required to add 6.25% Sales Tax or Provide their Illinois State Tax number.
For all credit card orders (web orders, phone-in orders, fax orders, or letter orders), if your order is declined due to insufficient funds at the time ArmaLite is prepared to ship your order, ArmaLite will attempt to contact you once (usually via email or phone). If you have not resolved the credit card fund problem within 72 hours of our attempted contact, your order will be cancelled. If you still want the items, you will need to reorder when you have sufficient funds.
Dealers may make payment by any of the methods described above for retail customers. In addition, dealers may use COD company checks, Net 10, Net 15, Net 20, or Net 30. Please contact our customer service or firstname.lastname@example.org for an application for credit terms.
Returns for any reason (including service, warranty, exchange, or refund) will not be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number issued by ArmaLite. Please call 1-800-336-0184 to receive an RMA number. The RMA form can be printed out by clicking on the link found in the “Contact Us:” section. Returns for exchange or refund must be authorized by an RMA and must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Product that has been altered or modified or that is sold “as is” or obsolete cannot be returned for any reason. Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15% or $25.00, whichever is greater. Shipping charges are not refundable. Shipping charges will be assessed on exchanged product and returns for service that are not covered under warranty.
Any changes or additions to previous unfilled orders will result in a $25.00 reprocessing fee.
REQUIREMENTS FOR NON-SERIALIZED ITEMS
ArmaLite’s shipping policies apply to all customer orders regardless of whether we receive the order via phone, letter, fax, or through our website.
With the below-listed exceptions, ArmaLite ships all products via UPS. Customers may choose from the following UPS shipping methods:
--UPS Ground (2 - 10 business days),
--UPS 3 Day Select (3 business days),
--UPS Second Day Air (2 business days),
--UPS Next Day Air Saver (1 business day),
--UPS Next Day Air (1 business day).
All orders must be in before 2:00 p.m. central time to be able to go 3 Day Select, Second Day, Next Day. Any order received after will go out the next business day.
If the customer does not specify otherwise, items will be shipped UPS Ground. Saturday and Sunday deliveries are not available.
ArmaLite shipping charges consist of the UPS fee plus an additional $3 per package for our packaging and handling costs. UPS fees are based on the delivery location, the size/weight of the package and the shipping method.
Normally, if the customer orders some items that are available and some items that are on backorder, the customer will have the choice of having partial shipments of items as they become available, or waiting until all items are available to have them all shipped together. During this period of high demand customers will not have the choice of waiting until all items are available to have them shipped together. All items that are available will ship and items that are not available will be placed on backorder to ship at a later date. When the market demand stabilizes we will return to allowing customers to choose partial or complete shipments. Whenever ArmaLite makes partial shipments, the customer will be billed shipping (as described above) for each shipment.
Customers are responsible for freight charges on all refused shipments.
1. UPS will not deliver to a Post Office box. If it is necessary for us to send to a Post Office box, we will do so via USPS Priority (without tracking). Our shipping charge for shipment via USPS to a Post Office box will be the same as our charge to ship UPS Ground.
2. Oversize/overweight shipments will be made via "best carrier". If actual shipping costs exceed UPS costs, actual shipping costs will be charged.
3. Shipments outside the U.S. will be charged made via "best carrier". If actual shipping costs exceed UPS costs, actual shipping costs will be charged.
In the event of shipping emergencies (e.g. a strike or other problem with UPS), ArmaLite will utilize alternate shippers. Such an emergency may necessitate changes in our shipping policies and associated costs.
REQUIREMENTS FOR SERIALIZED ITEMS
Serialized items (complete firearms, lower receivers, etc) can only be sent to holders of a Federal Firearms License issued by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms.

POLICIES REGARDING PURCHASES OF RESTRICTED FIREARMS, COMPONENTS, AND ASSEMBLIES
Federal law prohibits the interstate sale of firearms to individuals who do not possess a Federal Firearms License. Therefore, ArmaLite cannot legally allow you to order or purchase a firearm through this website. ArmaLite does not sell firearms to individuals. To order a firearm, see your local dealer. If your local dealer cannot order what you want, contact ArmaLite for the name of a dealer in your area who can assist you.
Some ArmaLite products, including firearms and their components and assemblies may be restricted or banned from individual ownership based on place of residence or an individual’s age or legal history. It is the customer’s responsibility to assure that he complies with all federal, state, and municipality laws and regulations prior to any purchase from ArmaLite, regardless of whether purchased through the website or via any other method.
Because of the complexity of international import/export laws, ArmaLite cannot accept internet orders for shipment outside the continental United States. If you live outside the continental U.S. or want shipment made to any address outside the U.S., please contact our Marketing Department.
